Go live and start taking real payments

Once you’ve configured your account and you’re ready to start processing real subscriptions using Billsby, it’s time to go live. The pre-live state is great for testing Billsby using our sandbox card and gateway, but you'll need to go live in order to take real payments from customers.

To do this, hit the Go Live button from the left hand menu.

In order to go live, you must have completed the following checklist:

All that’s left to do is choose the plan that’s right for your business. You can access a full breakdown of the features available in each of our plans here.

Prices exclude payment gateway fees and any optional extras. Additional charge applies for any add-ons services and Billsby automatic tax calculation if required.

You’ll pay your first monthly fee immediately, when you go live. Our revenue share will only be charged on transactions above your included monthly transaction amount (rounded up to the nearest cent, with a minimum fee of $0.01 per transaction). If you refund a customer, we won’t refund our fee. In addition, if you’ve chosen Billsby automatic tax calculations, it’s $0.02 per calculation which will be charged in arrears. By using Billsby’s service you are agreeing to our terms.

When you go live we’ll start using your real payment gateway(s) for subscriptions and you’ll be able to sign up real customers. Your embed code and API keys will not change. We will delete your test customers, subscriptions, invoices, credit notes and logs. We won’t delete your products, plans, cycles or settings.
