You can export your subscription data in a .CSV format by navigating to the Subscriptions menu and clicking the 'Export' button in the top right of your screen.
You can export all of your data or filter it by a specific start date and end date. So we'll only export the data generated between those two dates.
When you initiate an export we'll generate the data in a .CSV format in the background so you can keep using the Billsby control panel. Once complete, we'll email you a link to download the file.
Your data will be emailed to the email address your Billsby account is registered to.
To update your account email address, navigate to [Your name] > Edit profile
This will export the following subscription data:
Subscription Unique ID number
Product ID number
Product name
Plan ID number
Plan name
Status
Customer Unique ID number
Customer full name
Subscription created on date
Shipping address line 1
Shipping address line 2
Shipping address city
Shipping address country
Shipping address state/region
Shipping address postcode
