You can export your credit note data in a .CSV format by navigating to the Credit note menu and clicking the 'Export' button in the top right of your screen.
You can export all of your data or filter it by a specific start date and end date. So we'll only export the data generated between those two dates.
When you initiate an export we'll generate the data in a .CSV format in the background so you can keep using the Billsby control panel. Once complete, we'll email you a link to download the file.
Your data will be emailed to the email address your Billsby account is registered to.
To update your account email address, navigate to [Your name] > Edit profile
This will export the following credit note data:
Credit note ID
Created on date
Amount
Status
Currency code
Customer Unique ID number
Customer full name
Customer email address
