BCC yourself into any emails we send to your customers

With Billsby, you can set up alert emails at company, product and plan level. Your company alert email is the one we'll use when an alert is triggered or we have an issue billing your account. The product and plan level alert emails will be BCCed into any welcome emails that are sent out for each specific product or plan. This is particularly useful if you have different managers responsible for different products and want them to be alerted accordingly about a new sign up.

Keeping a record of your emails

If you want to view any other emails we send to your customers, you can do this directly in your Billsby account, however, these emails will only be available to view for 3 days. If you'd like them to be available to you for a longer period of time, we recommend setting up your BCC alert emails so that you're copied into these emails directly.

To do this, navigate to Configuration > Email settings > Emails and then click to edit the email you'd like to be copied in on.

Scroll down and in the bottom right will be a Configure BCC settings section where you can choose which alert email you'd like to use. The product or plan emails will be sent to the alert emails for the specific product or plan the customer is subscribed to.

This feature is particularly useful if you'd like to be alerted when customers payments fail.
