How to view the emails that we send to your customer in your Billsby account

There are two ways you can view the emails we've sent to your customers directly in your Billsby account. If you'd rather have copies of any emails sent to your customers, you should set up your alert email as a BCC to be sent them in real time.

To see a full list of emails sent to all customers in the last 30 days, including information on whether they were successfully received, navigate to Logs > Emails. For any emails that were sent within 3 days, you'll be able to view the email, as it was sent to your customer by clicking on the arrow on the right hand side.

This will open up a side modal where you'll see the content of the email sent.

If you want to view emails that were sent to a specific customer, you can do this by navigating to Customer > Individual customer account > Emails (tab). In this emails tab, you'll see a full list of the emails sent to this customer over the last 30 days.

Customer emails are only available to view in Billsby for 3 days, after that time the email will no longer be available to view. If you'd like them to be available to you for a longer period of time, we recommend setting up your BCC alert emails so that you're copied into these emails directly.
