Moving your customers from Billsby to another billing platform.

We currently do not support moving customers from one Billsby account to another Billsby account.

For migrations that involve moving customers from a Billsby account to another billing system, this will take around 6 weeks and will cost $500. This is a fee incurred by us, that we will need to pass across to you. We do not charge any additional fees.

There are some limitations to this process, as we are only able to move your customers if the billing system you are moving to has a gateway that is supported by Spreedly.
