How do I update my payment information and see my invoices?
Like keeping your personal details updated, it's equally important to make sure your billing details are up to date so that you can keep using Billsby's services uninterrupted.
You can update your payment details by navigating to your Billing menu. Click the three dots beside your company name in the bottom left corner of the control panel and select Billing.
Once you Go Live with Billsby, you'll gain full access to the Billing menu. Here you'll be able to see when you'll next be billed, update your payment details, and access your previous invoices.
To change the card you have on file with us, select Update payment details and enter your new card information into the modal. You can also view a complete history of your company's past invoices, including any unpaid invoices by selecting View billing history.
Why do I have to Go live to access the full Billing menu?
If you're in the Billing menu before your company is live, you'll notice you don't have any of the options mentioned above.
This is because Billsby is free to use until you Go live. It's only during the Go live journey we ask you for your payment details so that we can start billing you for using our service.
How do I update my billing address?
If you need to update the billing address for your company, navigate to the Settings > Configuration > Company details menu.
This is the address we use as your billing address on invoices addressed to you for using Billsby's service. It will only be visible on your invoices. The address shown on customer-facing invoices can be changes separately in the Settings > Configuration > Invoice settings menu
If you need to change the country, click the Change country button and select the correct country for your address. To change your address, start typing into the Address field.
Once you start typing an address, you should see suggestions appear in the drop-down. Select your address and finally click the Update company details button to save the changes.
The only addresses you will be able to select from for your company billing address are ones that have been verified by the postal body for your country - For example, the postal body in the United States is USPS.
If the billing address you would like to use is not found or seems incorrect, this suggests your address is not verified or is incorrect with the postal body for your country. You will have to reach out to the postal body directly to have your address corrected or verified. In the meantime, we recommend using another address that is listed, such as your residential home address or company work address.
